Meet The Team
DIRECTOR
Dr. Jeffrey Horstmyer, MD, FAAN
Neurologist for over 30 years. In his 3rd year of residency, he was appointed Administrative Chief Resident, and then completed a Fellowship in Neuromuscular Neurology at UM/JMH. He was the Founding Chairman of the Department of Neurology at the FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. He has been Chief of Neurology at Mercy Hospital for over 25 years and is the Founder and CEO of Brain Center, a non-profit organization, dedicated to improving neurological care through development of innovative, patient- centered, care-coordinated, ambulatory centers designed to decrease ER visits and hospital admissions.

Nina Stark, CFA
Seasoned finance professional and company operator, with previous experience in business development, restructuring and project management.
Most recently exited the company she operated for 3 years and assisted in M&A integration. Previously advised over 50 companies ranging from early-stage startups to large multi-lateral banks.
